REMINDER AND MODIFICATION OF THE RULES

The FIM would like to remind you that, during the Technical Controls in the Trial WorldChampionship, the following must be carried out

1) The helmets must be in accordance with Art. 01.70 of the Trial Technical Regulations.

This article indicates the recognized international helmet approval marks:
Europe: ECE 22-05, ´P´, ´NP´ ou ´J´
Japan: JIS T 8133 : 2000
USA: SNELL M 2005

2) The motorcycles must be in accordance with the FIM Trial Technical

Regulations and the FIM Trial Appendices:
- Documentation and insurances in conformity
- Frame and engine numbers
- Registration plate
- E.C. homologation plate
- Handlebar protection
- Front disc brake protection
- Rear disc brake protection
- Protection of the countershaft sprocket
- Protection of the rear sprocket
- Front and rear lights
- Horn
- As well as all other compulsory security measures

Moreover, before the beginning of the 2006 Individual Trial World Championship, we
kindly ask you to inform your riders and teams of the most important modifications
made to the Trial Regulations:
