LEON HASLAM, RACING CLASS The 2006 title hunt kicks off this weekend at Brands Hatch and after excellent performances in winter testing the 23 year old is looking to secure the number one plate, cementing his place as one of Britain’s best young racers. Leon’s career started in 1997 age 14 and has been steered by his father, racing legend Ron Haslam. While he’s ridden many bikes in that time, from scooters to 500cc GP bikes to the 999 Ducati he races now, one constant thread runs through Haslam’s career; Arai Helmets.
