JOAN PEDRERO, ONE STEP FROM THE PODIUM IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE SPANISH ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP. The race was held in the coastal locality of Sitges. This round, which traditionally opens the Spanish sports calendar, was characterized by heavy rain which began to fall the day before the race. The rain made the normally dry ideal conditions into a real mess, which caused many crashes and made the race extremely difficult. The action of Joan at the controls of his Sherco 450 Enduro were nothing short of fantastic, he was only one step short of the podium, being surpassed by world famous riders, who hold various championship titles in Spain and the World to their credit. This ride confirms Joan’s excellent adaptation to the Sherco 450 Enduro, this is his first season on this bike.
