ADAM Skornicki says that Oxford promoter Aaron Lanney deserves credit for his winter team-building having had to start from scatch.

The Pole has joined the Cheetahs on loan from Wolverhampton and will team up once again with his ex-Wolves colleague David Howe.

Skornicki said: ''It''s not been easy for Aaron to put together this team, and I think he''s done a pretty good job.''
