SPEEDWAY 1 ADAM Skornicki says that Oxford promoter Aaron Lanney deserves credit for his winter team-building having had to start from scatch. The Pole has joined the Cheetahs on loan from Wolverhampton and will team up once again with his ex-Wolves colleague David Howe. Skornicki said: ''It''s not been easy for Aaron to put together this team, and I think he''s done a pretty good job.'' SPEEDWAY 2 FORMER World Champion Jason Crump will return to King''s Lynn for the season-opener at the Norfolk Arena on March 8. Crump has been named in the line-up for the Ashley Jones Memorial meeting, an event being run in honour of the 2005 Stars rider tragically killed in Australia this winter. Several other UK-based Australians are included in the field along with Lynn skipper Tomas Topinka and new signing Daniel Nermark.
