SPEEDWAY 1 EDINBURGH have completed their line-up by signing local man Sean Stoddart at reserve. It will be the 19-year-old''s second spell in the Monarchs team, but he believes he is far more prepared than two years ago. Stoddart said: ''This time I think I can make a better go of it - I have an older head on my shoulders, and I think my machinery is a lot better now.'' SPEEDWAY 2 STOKE have finalised their Premier League team plans with the signing of Luke Priest, who has previously ridden for the club in the Conference. Priest said: ''This is exactly what I needed and I see this is my big chance to get going in the Premier League. ''I love the Stoke track and if I can get some confidence in my home meetings, hopefully I can take that away too.''
