WOLVERHAMPTON SPEEDWAY: HAMILL IN BIG EVENT NEW Wolverhampton signing Billy Hamill will brush off the winter cobwebs in a special meeting in Sheffield on March 12. Hamill, the 1996 world champion, will race in Sean Wilson''s celebration meeting to mark his 20-years in the sport. Wilson said: ''Billy Hamill is the last of the flamboyant Americans who are very much in the mould of legends like the Moran brothers, Shawn and Kelly.''
