LEIGH Lanham has agreed a new deal to stay with Arena Essex next season.
The former British Under-21 champion celebrated his testimonial at Purfleet last year and always favoured a return to the club.
He said: ''I really enjoy riding at Arena and didn''t want to ride anywhere else. I have already started to sort my equipment out for the new season and I want to show everyone what I can do.''

SPEEDWAY 2

TOP Elite League stars Hans Andersen and Billy Hamill have joined Sean Wilson''s celebration meeting at Sheffield on March 12.
Andersen beat Wilson in Berwick''s big open meeting at the end of last season and has just completed a return move to Peterborough.
Wilson said: ''Billy Hamill is the last of the flamboyant Americans who are very much in the mould of legends like the Moran brothers, Shawn and Kelly.''
