NEW BRAIDED CABLE KITS FROM VENHILL
22 January 2006 - Venhill Engineering Limited

The benefits of braided steel brake hoses are well documented.

Now British control specialists Venhill have developed a range of braided steel cable kits suitable for clutch and throttle replacement on most modern Japanese and European motorcycles.

Not only will these braided cables enhance the appearance of the motorcycle, they also offer riders long-lasting smooth operation. The outer stainless steel braided cable has a clear PVC cover to protect paintwork and is nylon lined inside. A galvanised steel operating cable runs through it. The model-specific kits contain all necessary chrome plated fittings for complete replacement of clutch or throttle. These kits are available for most popular ‘street’ style bikes (e.g. Honda CB600F, Kawasaki Z750S, Suzuki SV650 and Yamaha Fazer) priced at £24.68 for the clutch and £49.36 for the throttle.

Venhill have also created workshop kits for owners who have replaced the standard handlebars or chosen extended set-ups.

The BRAIDED CLUTCH CABLE KIT includes 2 metres of galvanised inner cable and nylon lined stainless steel outer with sufficient fittings to meet most needs. The retail price is £37.56.

The BRAIDED THROTTLE CABLE KIT FOR PUSH/PULL CABLES contains 2 x 2 metre lengths of galvanised inner cable and a similar length of nylon lined braided outer with sufficient fittings to meet most needs. Retail price is £59.04
