REVEALED: THE MCN LONDON MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2006
21 January 2006 - London Motorcycle Show

Biking enthusiasts of all ages and experience have a great day out to look forward to in the New Year! Running from 29 January – 6 February 2006

The MCN London Motorcycle Show is the place to experience everything ‘motorbike’ for those living in and visiting London.

Alexandra Palace, one of the city’s most unique venues, will once again play host to celebrity racers, beautiful girls, the free Live Action Arena and the world’s top bike manufacturers and traders all under one roof, allowing visitors to get closer to the new bikes, the best deals, and the most exciting action across this nine day extravaganza.

BMW will be exclusively unveiling the R1200S, K1200GT, F800S and F800ST bikes to the UK at the show. Visitors will also be able to see the new 2006 bikes from the likes of Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha and a classic bike line-up will also be on display. Three halls of stands will sell the latest goodies and exclusive bargains, furnishing visitors with clothes and kit for the biking year ahead. For those visitors who are still yet to get on the back of a bike, this is the perfect event to whet their appetite.

Family entertainment is on hand throughout the day at the Carole Nash Live Action Arena. Packed with audience participation and awe-inspiring bike stunts, the Live Action Arena offers tyre screeching, engine screaming performances that will have adults and kids on the edge of their seats - all included in the ticket price.

This year’s media partner, The Daily Telegraph, is providing free entry to every bike passenger visiting the show on Tuesday 31st January in an exclusive ‘pillion goes free’ promotion. To register for your complementary ticket simply contact the advance ticket sales box office on 0870 730 0049 and quote ‘pillion goes free’. Look out for news and reviews from the show in Britain’s best read quality newspaper too!

Other attractions include the MCN stage where visitors will be able to get autographs from special celebrity guests and enjoy the finals of the MCN Babe Squad competition where 90 girls will compete in front of a live audience for the chance to win a year’s contract with a top UK agency.

Nostalgic visitors will enjoy MCN’s display celebrating 50 years of MCN. The anniversary line-up will allow visitors to admire 50 years of biking history taking them back to where it all started right up to the present day.
In keeping with the nostalgic theme, The Classic Bike of the Year will also be on show, lovingly restored by a Classic Bike reader.

Advanced tickets to this great day out are already available priced at £11. To make a purchase call 0870 730 0049 or go to www.londonmotorcycleshow.com to book online.
