SPEEDWAY 1 CHRIS Harris goes for a hat-trick of New Year Classic wins when he defends his title at Newport on Sunday. The Coventry star will face tough competition from a host of Elite and Premier League riders including Grand Prix newcomer Niels-Kristian Iversen. LINE-UP: Leigh Lanham, Niels-K Iversen, Chris Neath, Mads Korneliussen, Brent Werner, Michael Coles, Robbie Kessler, Richard Hall, Neil Collins, Sean Wilson, Paul Clews, Chris Harris. SPEEDWAY 2 JON Armstrong is set to complete a full transfer to Mildenhall after Stoke boss Dave Tattum admitted he was willing to sell. Armstrong has been racing for the Fen Tigers in the Conference League and moves up to the Premier with the club this season.
