TOM P. Madsen is returning to the top flight next season to fill a reserve berth at Belle Vue.
The Dane finished the 2005 campaign with Premier League Berwick after losing his place at Oxford.
Aces promoter Ian Thomas said: ''I always look to sign riders who can increase their averages and he can add at least a point if he repeats last year''s form.''

AUSTRALIAN star Craig Watson has agreed a deal to remain with Newport in the Premier League next season.
Watson has now fully recovered from a broken ankle which ruled him out of action from the middle of May this year.
Wasps promoter Tim Stone said: ''I''ve chatted with Craig about our options and I''m glad he thinks we''ve got a team that can go forward.''

STOKE have just one place to fill in their top five after announcing the signing of the experienced Michael Coles on loan from Exeter.
Coles endured a troubled season with Newport in 2005 but the Potters feel he can regain his form next year.
Coles said: ''The things that were happening off track have all been sorted and I''m able to concentrate full time on racing again.''

SPEEDWAY 4

SHEFFIELD have signed Argentinian ace Emiliano Sanchez - who topped the averages for the Tigers'' Yorkshire rivals Hull last season.
Sanchez is a fully-fledged Sheffield rider after the Owlerton club took over the asset base of the defunct Vikings earlier this winter.
Promoter Neil Machin said: ''Emiliano is a quality rider. He will get used to the Sheffield track pretty quickly and he will win races on away tracks.''
