20 December 2005 - Wolverhampton Speedway

BILLY Hamill has revealed how excited he is over his move from Coventry to Wolverhampton.

The 1996 world champion, who started his British career with Wolverhampton''s greatest rivals Cradley Heath, has completed a loan switch across the midlands.

He said: ''I''m pretty excited about the move. I''ve always had great respect for Wolverhampton as a club, they have always been run on a very professional basis and I''ve always been a little envoius of them.

''I''m very proud to be a part of it all and I''m looking forward to working with Chris Van Straaten and Peter Adams because we speak the same language.''
