NAVTEL TO DISTRIBUTE SPORTVUE HEADS UP DISPLAYS IN THE UK

The world’s first Heads Up Display for motorcycles, SportVue, will now be distributed in the UK by Navtel Ltd.

Navtel is a major distributor of specialty products for motorcycles, including radar detectors, navigation devices, and driver safety systems. The company is headquartered in Perth, Scotland, and will build on the SportVue dealer network in the UK by offering SportVue MC2 and the Cheetah Sentinel radar detector together as a package.

“We are excited to carry the only Heads Up display for motorcycles. It made sense to put these two wireless products together and SportVue MC2 worked with the Cheetah Sentinel right out of the box. British motorcyclists can now have the best visual display working with the best UK bike speed trap detector,” says Navtel Director, Alisdair Smith.

SportVue is a patented display system which mounts onto full-face helmets, giving riders a view of speed, rpm, and gear. The newly-released SportVue MC2 also includes radar alert, and is compatible with most radar detectors. The data appears in a helmet-mounted display, focused at infinity.
