HOT GRIPS RECALL NOTICE

Oxford Products have discovered a potential fault in a small percentage of a batch of Oxford Hot Grips and Oxford Custom Hot Grips

Over time the fault may lead to the failure of the product.

If you purchased one of these products after the 30/09/05, please refrain from using them until you have contacted the shop from which you purchased them and received the necessary advice.

To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, please note: this does NOT affect all Oxford Hot Grips – only a small percentage of a batch despatched to shops between 30/09/05 and 29/11/05.

All shops, which have purchased potentially affected products from Oxford have been
notified of the most appropriate course of action. If you are unable to contact the shop
where you purchased the Hot Grips, please do not hesitate to contact Oxford directly by
telephone on 01993 862 300 or by email at customerservices@oxprod.com.
