A CHRISTMAS MEASSAGE FROM THE HONDAY (UK) PRESS OFFICE This year The Honda Press Office made a conscious decision not to send our friends Christmas cards. We felt the money would be put to better use if we bought gifts from Oxfam to help others less fortunate than ourselves. With the money saved we have managed to buy the following: 2 goats - to enable the most vulnerable families in Somaliland, the Afar and Somali regions of Ethiopia who have suffered exceptionally poor rainfall in recent years. 10 school desks and chairs - to invest in the real seat of learning for students in Kenya Build 2 toilets - a simple structure to prevent the spread of deadly diseases in crisis situations. Plant 200 trees - Fruit trees such as guava, juniper & papaya help peoples livelihoods giving them a crop to eat or sell. We do hope you agree with our idea - have a great Christmas.
