NORTON ANNOUNCES FIRST US DEALERSHIP As of June 15th, 2004 Norton Motorsports, Inc. and Munroe Motors have signed a letter of intent to do business. Norton plans to deliver its first one hundred motorcycles; the 952 Commando SE (Signature Edition) through an exclusive group of premier motorcycle dealerships. “Munroe Motors and its staff represent everything we’re looking for in a dealer partner”, said Kenny Dreer Norton Motorsports, Inc.’s President and Founder. “They are a best in class European multi-line dealership with an outstanding reputation for after sales, service and support.” Munroe Motors staff will be on hand at the Norton booth at the International Superbike Classic held at Laguna Seca Raceway to answer questions and take orders on the remaining 952 Commando SE motorcycles. Norton Motorsports, Inc. plans to announce the establishment of approximately ten more dealerships nationwide to deliver its first round of production 952 Commando Fastbacks scheduled to begin production in January of 2005.
