SPEEDWAY 1 GEORGE Stancl has completed a loan move to Newcastle from his parent club Glasgow. Stancl, who won the Premier League Pairs title with Shane Parker last season, is based close to the Brough Park track. He said: ''I''ve enjoyed being a guest for Newcastle in the past and it''s a big plus to live only 15 minutes from my home track instead of nearly three hours.'' SPEEDWAY 2 PREMIER League Riders'' Champion Sean Wilson has been released by Sheffield after contract talks broke down. The club have, however, confirmed they will still stage his 20-year celebration meeting at Owlerton on Sunday March 12. Club co-owner Neil Machin said: ''There is no falling out, there is no conflict and we will support Sean 100 per cent with his meeting here in March which will also launch our 2006 season.''
