ARENA-ESSEX Ronnie Russell boss wants a reduction in the Elite League points limit - to make more riders available.

He said: ''I have never been a supporter of reducing the points limit on the grounds of saving money, because it doesn''t save one penny piece.

''But I believe we must reduce it to create rider movement, otherwise some clubs may struggle to put together a competitive team with the addition of Reading.''
