The 13” wheels are fitted with 130/60 super-low-profile, motorcycle style tyres, which have always been a feature of the SR. Comfort is exceptional, thanks to a new leg shield that extends further forward than before. The SR 50 R Factory''s riding position is designed for maximum control as well as comfort, and a specially shaped seat prevents fatigue on long rides. The classic under-seat storage compartment already accommodates a full-face helmet with ease, but is now accompanied by a second compartment in the nose of the seat, providing over a litre of extra space for stowing mobile phones and other small items.

The SR 50 R Factory is highly theft resistant, thanks to the ignition immobiliser (as on the RSV 1000), which makes it impossible to start the engine without the encoded ignition key. All this is included in the price of just £1,999 on the road.
