SUPERMOTO FROM ITALY

Supermoto WCH: 8th Round Latina, Italy

For the last race of the Supermoto World Championship in Latina, KTM also send three riders to the S1 class. (Like in Athens.)

The German Jürgen Künzel came to support his teammates Bernd Hiemer and Thierry van den Bosch. At saturdays time practice, the three pilots owned the first three positions by dry weather conditions. Hiemer took the fastest time by 1:23.980 min. Followed by Künzel and van den Bosch. VdB tried to beat the two Germans and crashed during the time practice. The French is not injured and will be ok for the start tomorrow.

S2 Championship leader Boris Chambon finished second at saturdays time practice by 1:24.273 min. The hunter of the French, Eddy Seel who has just one point less in overall ranking, finished seventh. The situation to take the first title is not to bad for Chambon. The spectators will expect some exciting races for tomorrow.
