GNCC SERIES: 11TH ROUND NEW BERLIN, NY
26 September 2005 - KTM-Sportmotorcycles AG
Juha Salminen won the GNCC series motocycle race in USA. He leads the GNCC series by 55 points.
Juha crashed and he broke the exhaust pipe in a first corner. - It was only small hole, but getting bigger during the race. A throttle cable also injured, but happily I didn’t recognise it during the race, told Juha. After the crash he was in a last group of the riders, but after the first lap he was in top three. The real competition was between Juha, Barry Hawk and Nathan Kanney. They were chancing the positions during the race. There were over 500 riders and the race was 8 laps. The top three group passed the slower riders at least 3 times during the race. After the passing of slower riders became easier Juha took the lead and he was 1 minute before others at the finish line. There are only two races left in GNCC series. The next race will be 9.10.2005. Juha needs 6 points (15th) to be The Winner of the GNCC series.
