TEAM GREEN CLOTHING GOES TRACKSIDE WITH BAGNALLS
30 July 2004 - Kawasaki
With Kawasaki Team Green success continuing on track with Stephen Sword, Tom Church and a host of other riders, there is now an opportunity to dress like the stars with the advent of a new trackside Kawasaki shop.
Bridgnorth based specialist retailer, Phil Bagnall Motocross has just been appointed as the official supplier of Kawasaki clothing and accessories at off-road events in the UK and across Europe. Operating from his familiar mobile sales unit, Phil has booked space at 11 of the 16 World Motocross GPs next year and is introducing himself to international Kawasaki fans by way of three appearances in 2004 at the Belgian and Irish GPs as well as the Motocross de Nations in Holland. His home appearances will cover most of the UK this year including the KWS, BYMX, AMCA and Maxis off-road events as well as a rare indoor appearance at the Stoneleigh Dirt Rider Expo in November. From international ACU/AMCA standard helmets and the highly regarded Team Green race pants, jerseys and branded body armour, to other items in the rapidly expanding Kawasaki range, Phil will offer a comprehensive service at events. The facility to print your name, or that of your hero on your Kawasaki race jersey at time of purchase is also available. A confirmed fan of all things Motocross, Phil, who is looking forward to the remainder of the 2004 season and what the new year will literally have ‘in store’ for Team Green fans said: “It’s a new venture, but one that I am very much looking forward to. “To travel around Europe and earn a living whilst watching the very best riders on the planet hardly seems like hard work to me; I suppose that’s what they call a bus-man’s holiday.”
Steve Guttridge, Kawasaki UK’s Team Green Co-ordinator commented: “Phil is a committed Motocross fan and an expert retailer of off-road clothing and accessories. We are sure that the thousands of Kawasaki fans attending GPs and other high profile events will appreciate the pleasure and convenience of trackside shopping with him.”
