Both the O''Neal and Elliott families worked through the midday sun as parades of people dropped off their donations in support of the victims whose lives were torn apart through this national tragedy. Earlier in the week Shaq cancelled his annual charity golf tournament to tour the storm-torn area and offer encouragement to the refuges.
