NEW WEISE MATRIX MITT
23 September 2005 - Weiss
Weise have added a two-finger style glove to their comprehensive range of affordable quality bike wear.
The Matrix Mitt has been designed with comfort and weather-protection at the fore. Two-finger mitts have two key advantages over traditional four-finger gloves when it comes to winter use. Firstly, it is easier to insulate the fingers, because they are less exposed (this reduces wind chill too). Secondly, they are easier to put on and remove – particularly useful when the conditions are cold and wet! Careful consideration has been given to materials; the outer shell is an abrasion resistant textile material, with reflective piping around the edges for increased visibility in adverse conditions. There is a leather stretch panel over the knuckles for ease of movement. The palm is leather, with a suede anti-slip panel – there is also suede along the edge of the index finger, to help with visor wiping. Inside the Matrix mitt there is a waterproof/breathable Hipora® drop liner and 3M Thinsulate® layer of thermal insulation. The Weise Matrix Mitts are produced in black in sizes XS – XXL, priced at £39.99.
