WOLVERHAMPTON SPEEDWAY
16 September 2005 - British Speedway Promoters Association

FREDDIE Lindgren aims to become the third Wolverhampton rider to lift the World Under-21 title when he takes his place in Austria on Saturday.

Lindgren is looking to follow in the footsteps of Mikael Max and Jesper B Jensen by claiming the gold medal in Wiener Neustadt. Wolverhampton boss Peter Adams said: ''I believe his stiffest opposition will come from fellow Swede Antonio Londback and the Polish duo Pavel Hlib and Krzystof Kasprzak. ''It was Freddie''s birthday on Thursday and I cannot think of a better way for him to celebrate than by winning the world title.''
LINE-UP: Daniel King, Krystian Klecha, Edward Kennett, Freddie Lindgren, Tommy Stange, Krzysztof Kasprzak, Fritz Wallner, James Wright, Jonas Davidsson, Christian Heffenbrock, Marcin Pempala, Adrian Miedzinski, Martin Smolinski, Antonio Lindback, Tomas Suchanek, Pawel Hlib.
