FREE BIKERS BREAKFASTS AT THE ACE CAFÉ ON RIDE TO WORK DAY 28TH JULY

The Motor Cycle Industry Association has joined forces with the Ace Café, London to celebrate theannual campaign Ride to Work Day July 28th.

A free, full breakfast will be served to the first fifty bikers who arrive at the Ace Café on the morning
of the event. And any pillions who come along will be provided with a free tea or coffee.

All riders who visit the Ace Café between the hours of 7am and 11am can also register for a
competition to win free tickets to the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show at the NEC in
November.

The campaign aims to get more people on two wheels and demonstrate that to the press, politicians and public that riding a bike or scooter to work has many social, economic and environmental benefits.

The key messages of the campaign are riding a bike or scooter:-
• Cuts congestion
• Cuts pollution
• Cuts journey times
• Is Cheaper
• Is Convenient and flexible

Craig Carey-Clinch, Director of Public Affairs said; “ The MCI has joined with the famous Ace Café to provide an opportunity for like minded riders and bike enthusiasts to get together and enjoy the benefits of riding on two wheels.

“At the Ace café riders and their passengers can enjoy their breakfast, chat to other riders, listen to
music, play games and admire the range of bikes that we expect to turn up on the day and promote to others the joy of biking.”
