WOLVERHAMPTON SPEEDWAY
17 August 2005 - British Speedway Promoters Association

PARRYS International Wolves travel to Ipswich on Thursday evening for a SkyBet Elite League ''A'' fixture, the first of two visits to Foxhall in the next three weeks.

They face the Witches twice in five days as the Suffolk club are the visitors to Monmore Green on Monday night in the ''B'' match - but on Thursday Wolves defend a four-point lead for the aggregate bonus point. Mark Loram takes the guest booking for Wolves for the second match running after appearing as a replacement for the injured Mikael Max against Oxford on Monday, so Wolves name an unchanged line-up. Ipswich bring former Wolves stalwart George Stancl into their team at reserve. Stancl, now with Glasgow in the Premier League, is the Witches'' No.8 squad rider and replaces Pole Karol Baran who has left the club.

IPSWICH: Hans Andersen, Robert Miskowiak, Kim Jansson, Chris Louis, Piotr Protasiewicz, George Stancl, Daniel King.

WOLVES: Freddie Lingdren, Krzysztof Pecyna, Steve Johnston, David Howe, Mark Loram, Magnus Karlsson, Ronnie Correy.
