CHAIRMAN OF BUELL MOTORCYCLES TO KEYNOTE AT THINK3''S FOURTH ANNUAL EVENT AT THE IDSA NATIONAL CONFERENCE

think3, Inc., a leading supplier of industrial design and product development solutions, will host a breakfast during the Industrial Design Society of America''s IDSA National Conference, with Erik Buell, chairman of Buell Motorcycles, as the keynote presenter.

The breakfast will take place at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 25th, 2005 in the IDSA Design Gallery (Exhibit Hall C), Wardman Park Marriott Hotel, Washington, DC.

Buell will speak about ''The Buell Way - Design Every Product Like Your Name is on It.'' From the day he rode his first motorcycle at 12 years old until today when he runs an international company bearing his name, Buell has had a life-long passion for motorcycles. Buell will share his company''s success story, discuss his design philosophy and describe how his company''s newest motorcycle was built. His keynote will cover the unique challenges of designing a motorcycle, and how he is implementing new design approaches and technology applications to stay competitive and grow his business.

Buell''s newest motorcycle, as well as others, will also be on display in think3''s booth (#12) in the IDSA Design Gallery.

Additional think3-related activities at this year''s IDSA conference:

-- Michael Sagan, senior designer and technology principal, Trek Bicycles, will speak on Saturday, August 27. Sagan is continuing his eighth year with Trek Bicycle''s Advanced Concept Group. In that time, Sagan has been the industrial design lead on the Discovery Channel Team (and previously the US Postal Team) projects for the past six Tour de France victories. Using think3 as well as other industrial design tools, Trek develops its cutting edge technology for every type of biking enthusiast, from recreational bikers and mountain-bikers to the most competitive bikers in the world - including Lance Armstrong and the Discovery Channel Team.

-- Max Sims, principal, design and strategy consultant, Technolution, will host a session from 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. on Friday, August 26, on the topic ''CG Technologies & Modeling: Computer Graphics for the Real World.'' Sims'' discussion will be a far-ranging look at the current computer graphics tools and technologies for industrial design. He also will demonstrate how thinkiD is utilized as a surface and solid modeler as well as the only solution for robust global shape modeling for last minute design changes. Sims instructs on the use of think3 software at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco as well as at Cogswell Polytechnical College in Sunnyvale, California. An award winning industrial designer with an extensive computer graphics background, Max''s work has been featured on the covers of such magazines as ID, rana, and Information Architecture. It has also been on exhibit at the Milwaukee and Denver Art Museums.

The IDSA conference consists of various presentations and seminars conducted by professionals in the design field. IDSA has more than 3,200 members and 28 chapters in the United States and is the voice of the industrial design profession, advancing the quality and positive impact of design.
