‘WIN A WING’ AT HONDA’S SUMMER SEASIDE SAFETY ROADSHOWS!

One lucky winner could ride away on a brand-new Honda motorcycle of their choice simply by attending one of Honda’s Summer Seaside Safety Roadshows.

Each attendee can enter into the massive prize draw to win any one of 50 bikes from Honda’s on and off-road range. This could mean the winner riding off on the fashionably funky Honda Zoomer scooter or Honda’s flagship super tourer – the GL1800 GoldWing worth £17,000!

The events – held up and down the country at various seaside towns – aim to raise awareness of motorcycle road safety. Honda’s outside events unit will be at every roadshow, as well as a display of Honda machinery for bikers to admire. Local Road Safety officers and BikeSafe Police riders will be on hand to offer friendly riding tips and advice to bikers to help them have a fun summer’s riding.

Every biker attending will be given a free copy of the MCIA’s (Motorcycle Industry Association) motorcycle road-safety awareness DVD entitled - ‘A Street A Track An Open Road’. In the DVD three riders, including World Superbike ace Chris Walker, undertake a number of challenges in different riding environments in a bid to improve their rider skills and find one overall winner.

Other giveaways will include T-shirts, beach-balls and a number of other exciting freebies. Everyone is welcome.

12, 13 August: Brierdene car park, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear
20, 21 August: North Bay car park, Scarborough, North Yorkshire
27, 28, 29 August: Morecambe Promenade, Lancashire
3, 4 September: North Pier area by Cenotaph, Blackpool, Lancashire
