SPEEDWAY NEWS AND FIXTURES
15 July 2005 - British Speedway Promoters Association
SEAN Wilson has revealed no ill effects from his latest Sheffield comeback. Wilson, who missed two months with a shoulder injury, scored 12+1 in the 56-47 win over Exeter.
He said: ''To win the meeting and get the bonus point is tremendous. I need to race as much as possible and I don''t want to keep talking about my shoulder, I''m sick of that and I''m sure everyone else is!'' DAVID Howe will return to Wolverhampton for their Elite League clash with Eastbourne at Monmore Green on Monday. Howe broke his ankle in a crash at Peterborough six weeks ago but made his comeback in the Championship of Great Britain Final at the weekend. Wolves boss Chris Van Straaten said: ''We have decided to re-introduce David at this stage because he is a quality rider with great potential.''
