GIANT MOTORSPORTS IMPRESSED WITH NEW YAMAHA PRODUCTS
17 July 2005 - Giant Motorsports

Giant Motorsports is a retailer of motorcycles, all-terrain- vehicles (ATVs) and motor scooters.

Giant Motorsports, Inc., implementing a national roll up strategy with a ''big box'' destination business model in the motorcycle and powersports industry, having recently attended Yamaha''s 50th Anniversary convention, said today, motorcycle enthusiasts will be impressed with the new and exciting Yamaha 2006 model year cruisers and ATVs. ''We believe Yamaha''s new cruisers, the Stratoliner and Roadliner, will be big sellers for us and expand Yamaha''s share of the cruiser market,'' said Greg Haehn, President of Giant Motorsports. ''These models are offered at a much lower price point, allowing individuals the chance to own a larger-body, higher-cc motorcycle with the same edge as a Harley at a much more affordable price,'' Mr. Haehn said.

''We are looking forward to offering the new Yamaha cruisers, both of which feature 1900cc V-Twin, fuel-injected engines, aimed squarely at the Harley Davidson rider; the big bore Harley''s can''t touch the size or performance of these new Yamaha cruisers,'' Mr. Haehn said.

Mr. Haehn said, ''The Company is also anticipating the launch of the new Yamaha 450cc Rhino Side by Side retailing at $7900. With a smaller engine, but just as much punch, this model offers the consumer the opportunity to own the number one selling side by side, at a much lower price, importantly expanding the size of the overall market.''

''Finally, we are anxiously awaiting the delivery of the Raptor 700R Sports ATV, Yamaha''s newest addition to its sport ATV line, which offers riders a fuel injected engine with a hybrid steel and aluminum frame. It also has a race-bred, five-speed transmission, including reverse. The Raptor has push button electric start, effective in any gear, and aggressive new styling. The motorsports industry is driven by new products and all indications point to 2006 as a very exciting year,'' Mr. Haehn said.
