WOLVERHAMPTON SPEEDWAY
28 June 2005 - British Speedway Promoters Association

WOLVERHAMPTON look to continue their winning form when they go to Arena Essex on Wednesday (7.45pm).

The injury-hit Hammers have struggled this season and have already lost a staggering six home meetings as Wolves look for their first away win of the season. Wolves, who beat Ipswich at home on Monday, remain unchanged from that meeting and Arena include ex-Wolves Mark Loram, Paul Hurry and Roman Povazhny. Mikael Max, who scored a bumper 14-points on Monday, said: ''Just because we haven''t won away from home we don''t feel any extra pressure. ''Having said that, we know it''s important for us to do that and avoid any slip-ups at home to get into the play-offs.''

ARENA ESSEX: Gary Havelock, Sergey Darkin, Paul Hurry, Leigh Lanham, Mark Loram, Ray Morton, Roman Povazhny.

WOLVERHAMPTON: Mikael Max, Ronnie Correy, Adam Skornicki, Steve Johnston, Freddie Lindgren, Magnus Karlsson, Krzysztof Pecyna.
