PATRIOT MOTORCYCLES CORPORATION VOTED INTO MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY COUNCIL AND SPECIALTY VEHICLE INSTITUTE OF AMERICA
21 June 2005 - Patriot Motorcycle Corp

Patriot Motorcycles Corporation today announced it has been approved for membership and participation in both the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) and the Specialty Vehicle Institute of America(R) (SVIA).

The Motorcycle Industry Council is the national trade association created to promote motorcycling and to enhance the U.S. Motorcycle industry. More than 300 members represent manufacturers and distributors of motorcycles, scooters, parts and accessories, and interface with allied trades (such as publishing, insurance and consultants) that support the continued development of statistics, effective governmental efforts and industry relations.

Since 1983, the Specialty Vehicle Institute of America(R) has promoted the safe and responsible use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV''s) through rider-training programs, public-awareness campaigns and state legislation. The SVIA also serves as a resource for ATV research, statistics and vehicle standards.

MIC and SVIA membership is open to companies engaged in the business of manufacturing, importing and/or wholesale distribution of motorcycles and ATV''s in the United States. Member companies include: (MIC) Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio/Vespa, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha as well as (SVIA) AlphaSports, Arctic Cat, Bombardier, Bush Hog, Honda, John Deere, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha.

''MIC and SVIA are pleased to welcome Patriot as new members,'' states Tim Buche, President of the Motorcycle Industry Council. ''Patriot joins other leading companies with a commitment to marketing standards, compliant vehicles and supporting safety programs.''

A division of the SVIA is the All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Institute(R) (ASI), created to promote safe and responsible ATV operation by the rider. ASI offers a nationwide hands-on safety training ATV RiderCourse(SM). Courses are available at nearly 1,000 locations, and each week 200 to 300 sessions are conducted around the country. To date, over 600,000 new riders have been trained since 1988.

''We are dedicated to promoting ATV safety and to educating riders on safe and proper operation,'' states Tom Yager, Vice President of Safety Programs for the SVIA, ''and we are especially pleased to welcome Patriot''s participation.''

Mark Green, President of Sales and Marketing for Patriot Motorcycles, adds, ''From my professional involvement in the industry to my personal background as a rider, I know that proper education and training are the keys to a long and fulfilling ATV experience. For that reason, we have made provisions to promote the ASI RiderCourse for everyone who purchases a new Yamoto by Patriot ATV.''

President of Patriot Motorcycles, Dan Cwieka, states, ''From the beginning, Patriot established the goal of making safety training an integral part our entry-level, first-time buyer and rider program. This affiliation with the MIC and SVIA serves to strengthen that resolve...and adds even more credibility to the Yamoto by Patriot brand.''

Tom Roderick, Senior Editor of Dealernews magazine, adds, ''Yamoto by Patriot''s membership in the MIC and SVIA demonstrates Patriot''s commitment to the domestic motor sports industry.''
