SHINERAY MX GRAND PRIX TEAM CHOOSE REVOLUTIONARY FOOT PEGS
02 June 2005 - Pivot Pegz

The Belgium-based Shineray Motocross team are the first to use Pivot Pegz foot rests at Grand Prix level and their star rider, Marvin Van Daele (Number 75, Honda), is having one his best season yet in both World and Belgian Championships.

Van Daele, who got onto the podium at the MX1 GP in Namur, has endorsed the revolutionary off-road foot pegs that swivel as you move your feet.

''When I tried Pivot Pegz the first time it took me a few minutes to get used to them and I was surprised about the better feeling which makes riding more easy,” he stated.

“I like Pivot Pegz very much especially on the sandy tracks when the tracks are very rough with deep holes in it,” he continued. “I hope I can finish as high as possible in the World Motocross Championship MX1 in 2005 with the help of Pivot Pegz.''

Increasing numbers of sportsmen are turning to Pivot Pegz, following their launch in the UK last year, including Honda Britain-backed Dakar rider Mick Extance and British 4-stroke MX champion David Campbell. They have recently introduced Pivot Limiters, small blocks that enable riders to dial in precisely the right amount of pivot travel for the conditions and according to UK distributors Baseline, this innovative product is in continual development.

Pivot Pegz can be fitted to most popular models, including this year’s machinery from Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki & Yamaha as well as Husaberg, Husqvarna and Gas Gas. They sell for £124.50 inc. VAT.
