DUCATI GRANDSTAND AT MUGELLO GP
02 May 2005 - Ducati
On June 5, 2005, the Ducati MotoGP Team will take to the track, with even more motivation than ever.
The race at Mugello in Italy not only represents the 5th round of the 2005 MotoGP World Championship, but also the exciting home Grand Prix for Ducati. After the first ''Red Curve'' in 2003, more than 2,500 Ducatisti gave life to the Correntaio curve in 2004. Famous for its spectacular views of the Tuscan track, the curve has become the heart of Ducati at Mugello. For 2005, the fans of the ''Rosse di Borgo Panigale'' have the opportunity to be one of the lucky few in the Correntaio curve experiencing the incredible Mugello GP atmosphere with other like-minded Ducatisti. Over the three days at Mugello, fans can support the Ducati MotoGP riders and be a part of the RED action, following the lead of the Desmodromic Club of Rome. The Ducati Grandstand ticket costs 155 euros and is valid for the qualifying sessions on Friday and Saturday (June 3 and 4) and the race on Sunday (June 5). The Ducati Grandstand ticket kit includes three days at Mugello along with a Ducati cap, T-shirt and other exclusive gadgets, a reserved motorcycle parking area, and the opportunity to not only watch, but also to meet the Ducati riders, Loris Capirossi and Carlos Checa. Kits can be collected near the Palagio entrance (the main access to the Ducati Grandstand). As if that isn''t enough, a huge 33-metre screen will be erected to ensure fans don’t miss any of the race action around the circuit. Tickets are on sale at the Ducati online Shop - www.ducati.com - and can be sent to any address for a small mailing fee. Act now – the tickets will be only be available online through May 23rd! Tickets are also on sale in Italian Ducati Stores, through official Italian Ducati Clubs, at the Ducati Shop in the Bologna Airport, and at the Ducati Shop within company headquarters in Borgo Panigale.
