BIKESURE HELPS TEENAGE QUAD BIKERS GET STREET LEGAL.
15 April 2005 - Bikesure

Bikesure, the UK’s biggest insurer of quad bikes, has a new policy offering insurance for drivers as young as 19 years old.

Previously it was virtually impossible for drivers under 21 to get cover for their quad. Bikesure’s new policy opens the door for younger drivers to get street legal.

''Quads are regarded as high-risk by most insurers, as are teenage drivers,” says Robert Balls of Bikesure. “Put the two together and you have a real no-no for mainstream insurance companies.

''But at Bikesure we know more than any insurer about quads and we have plenty of younger bikers and trike riders on our books. We know the score and we’ve been able to sort out a policy that offers reasonably priced insurance, even to 19 year-old quad riders.”

Bikesure’s new policy means third party fire & theft cover for a 19-year old quad driver starts from as little as £651.

Bikesure has a huge range of specialist policies for the motorcycle enthusiast, including schemes for trikes and quads. For details freephone the Bikesure quote line on 0800 089 2000 or email the company at bikesure@adrianflux.co.uk
