SHEFFIELD PIRTEK TIGERS v HULL VIKINGSYORKSHIRE CUP 2ND LEGOWLERTON STADIUM - THURSDAY MARCH 17 - 7.45pm

PIRTEK TIGERS are aiming for revenge in their opening Owlerton fixture of the season tonight (Thursday). They face reigning league champions Hull in the second leg of their Yorkshire Cup tie with a 14-point deficit. And club boss Neil Machin is backing his side to take the silverware after seeing the riders go through their paces at a full-scale practice. He
said: ''We had a great press and practice day and all the boys looked very sharp. ''Hull may be confident, but judging by what I saw from our lads I reckon we''ll give them a very hard night. It''s going to be a fabulous meeting and the 14-point deficit is one we can overhaul.'' The meeting will see skipper Sean Wilson''s first competitive Owlerton appearance in almost a year after his broken neck - and a Sheffield debut for Canadian youngster Kyle Legault. TIGERS (v Hull, Yorkshire Cup 2nd Leg, Owlerton tonight, 7.45pm): Sean Wilson, Ben Wilson, Richard Hall, Ricky Ashworth, Andre Compton, Paul Cooper, Kyle Legault.
HULL: Paul Thorp, Emiliano Sanchez, Lee Dicken, Emil Kramer, Garry Stead, Craig Branney, Joel Parsons.
