GSE RACING PREPARE FOR NEW SEASON BY UNVEILING TITLE SPONSOR

The factory backed Ducati Superbike Team, GSE Racing, today formally announced the unveiling of a new title sponsor for their British Championship return.

The team will be supported by Wrigley’s Airwaves and will now be known as Airwaves Ducati for their 2005 BSB Championship bid.

The agreement, the most high profile new consumer sponsorship in British Superbikes in 2005, has facilitated GSE Racing’s return to the BSB Paddock after a year’s absence and will see the team run new Airwaves branding for their Ducati 999F04’s. The team will formally unveil the new look at an official team launch next Tuesday 22nd March just days before appearing on the grid at the first race of the season at Brands Hatch.

Currently looking forward to the new season, Team Principle Darrell Healey was delighted to announce the new agreement, “We are delighted to be welcoming Wrigley’s Airwaves as the team’s new title sponsor for the 2005 season and look forward to a long and prosperous relationship. It is very exciting to have the commercial support and backing of such a global brand and this will undoubtedly open up numerous new marketing and PR opportunities. We are pleased to have The Wrigley Company on board and are looking forward to the first race of the season which will be a first opportunity to see Airwaves presence in the paddock”.

The whole Airwaves Ducati team are currently spending four days testing in Spain before returning to the UK in time for the official team launch on Tuesday 22nd March.
