FORMER Miss Great Britain Nicki Lane will add some glamour to Sheffield Pirtek Tigers''s media launch on Wednesday.

Nicki has been invited as a guest of club sponsors Pirtek UK after appearing at several high profile motorsport events. The photo-call and interviews are due to start at midday with on track action following an hour later - and the following night the Pirtek Tigers face Hull in their opening home action of the season. Pirtek Tigers co-promoter Neil Machin said: ''We''re delighted to have Nicki Lane with us. She has done a lot of publicity work in other forms of motorsports and she will add another dimension to our publicity - the pictures will be great and I''m sure our lads are looking forward to meeting her!''
