MBA Holdings, Inc. and National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA) personnel have just returned from the Dealer Expo 2005/Big Twin East Motorcycle Show in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The results were quite gratifying with 120 New NMDA Dealer members signed and numerous motorcycle manufacturers wanting to start nationwide rental programs for their Dealer groups over the next few weeks.

MBA Holdings, Inc. has formed a new entity called Worldwide Rentals, LLC that will promote motorcycle rentals with our New Worldwide Reservation System Software. We have been working on this system for several months and will introduce it over the next few weeks to potential licensees, existing rental dealers and the custom motorcycle manufacturers dealer groups in the United States and Canada. The software will run rental operations for Motorcycle, Auto and Recreational Vehicles and when launched the system will first be accessible at www.worldwidemotorcyclerentals.com

This state of the art system will combine all of the latest thinking in inventory tracking, accounting and advanced reservation systems. Pictures and specifications of each rental, including tracking add/deletes by the date and hour of the transaction and will provide a fleet availability display. The system will have counter procedure requirements built in that can''t be bypassed (such as age, motorcycle endorsement on license, etc.), credit card processing on line, will provide total fleet insured reporting by member for billing purposes, as well as a condition report on the motorcycle, notification of need for service at certain mileage intervals, maintenance performed log.. This system is 100% owned and designed by the MBA team and will be patented and trademarked.

MBA Holdings, Inc. is also building a state of art Nationwide Motorcycle Employment website for dealers and potential employees. We expect that this software to be online in April 2005.
