San Diego Stats for THQ World Supercross GP/THQ AMA Supercross Series 250cc

22nd time supercross will race at San Diego.

· 1st Race 10/25/80 - Mike Bell (Yamaha) won.

· 1st time winners - Vuillemin 2000.

· Wins by brand: Honda -11; Yamaha -9; Kawasaki -1; No Suzuki wins in San Diego.

· Carmichael gave Kawasaki its only win here in 2001; that was his last win here.

· Carmichael year by year at San Diego: ’99-19; ’00-10; ’01-1st; ’02-4th; ’03-3rd.

· Yamaha was won 3 in a row ‘02-‘03-‘04; and 2000; 4 wins in last 5 years.

· McGrath won 5 times and 2 times on a 125: only rider to do this.

· Carmichael is now tied with Kent Howerton with 5 wins on Suzuki for 250 supercross.

· All time win list, It took Howerton 3 seasons: ’79, ‘80-’81, to get 5 wins; it has taken Carmichael 6 races!

125 West - 1st Race 1985: Todd Campbell (Kawasaki) won

· San Diego held the first 125cc supercross. In 1985, Kawasaki rider named Todd Campbell won the race on a Kawasaki. 20 years later, the gate will drop for the 19th time at this venue.

· Wins by brand: Honda -6; Kawasaki -7; Yamaha -4; Suzuki -1; Kawasaki 3 in a row.

· McGrath is the only rider to win here on both 125 & 250. He won here on a 125 in ’91-’92.

· This will be the 308th Race of 125 SX.

· With Millsaps winning his 1st ever race last weekend, he is now the third 1st time winner in 125 SX and the 68th different rider to win a 125 main.

· Wins by Brand this season: Kawasaki -91; Suzuki -77; Yamaha -73; Honda -61; KTM -4; Yamaha is the only brand that hasn’t won this season.

· If Tedesco wins this weekend, he will have 11 wins, tied with Carmichael, Windham, Matiasevich; McGrath has 13 125cc supercross wins.
