MAG DIRECT TO THE RESCUE
15 January 2004 - MAG UK

Blood running bike charity ''Freewheelers'' of Weston-Super-Mare faced closure as their insurer refused to renew their cover. The news came only eight days before the charity''s policy was due for renewal.

No reason was given for the withdrawal of the contract and Freewheeler''s broker was having trouble finding anyone to provide cover.

Enter MAG Direct, the Motorcycle Action Group''s own insurance brokerage which came to the rescue with a deal provided by Europa at a lower premium than the one paid to the old provider.

Freewheelers transport emergency medical items to and from hospitals in the West of England. Items such as blood, tissue samples, x-rays and drugs are carried by dedicated motorcyclists on 3 police specification Honda Pan Europeans.

MAG Direct may be contacted 0870 755 7650
