IAM FLEET APPOINTS SIMON ELSTOW AS TRAINING MANAGER
02 February 2005 - Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists

IAM Fleet, the commercial training division of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), has appointed Simon Elstow as Training Manager, responsible for the induction, training and monitoring of IAM Fleet''s trainers.

Other responsibilities include developing a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme for IAM Fleet.

With over 15 years of experience in the driver training industry, Simon has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of off-road skills and fleet driver training, in addition to running vehicle launch events and the education of driver trainers to the ADI Instructor standard.

Commenting on the new appointment, Mark Edwards, IAM Fleet''s Head of Training, said: ''Simon brings a sound industry background which will help ensure that IAM Fleet continues to set the standard for high quality driver training programmes.''
