A New Suite of Services Enables Dealerships to Hire More Qualified Employees, Improve Employee Retention and Manage Employee Related Expenses

The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. today announced the launch of its Human Capital Management (HCM) suite of products and services. This new offering provides tools that help dealerships efficiently manage their employees and employee-related processes, allowing them to focus on their core competencies of selling and servicing vehicles.

HCM includes payroll enhancements, Direct Deposit, ADP Paycard, Screening and Selection Service, Time and Labor Management solutions, a human resource management system and a robust array of employee training options.
