NMDA SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH GEICO

MBA Holdings Inc. through its subsidiary, National Motorcycle Dealers Association, LLC (NMDA), has finalized an agreement with GEICO (Government Employees Insurance Company), a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., to promote GEICO motorcycle liability and collision insurance through a unique link on its Web site, www.nmda.us.

The direct availability of quality motorcycle coverage will facilitate motorcycle sales by NMDA members. With the development of a multi-channel Web portal for its service association members and by having the capability to deliver services directly to consumers, the NMDA plans to grow its Internet footprint.
