WOLVERHAMPTON have completed their team for the new season with the surprise signing of Krzysztof Pecyna.
Pecyna, 26, has never raced in Britain before but he is an accomplished performer in his home country Poland and has beaten many top riders. Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten said: ''I appreciate that it''s fairly late in his career to be coming over, but he feels this is the right time.'' ARENA Essex boss Ronnie Russell has dropped a big hint that the club will be signing a new Elite League rider to complete their team plans. The Hammers can have a rider with an average up to 5.11 to get under the combined 42.5 limit. Russell said: ''I believe it will come down to signing either an overseas rider or two riders who will double-up between the two Leagues.'' JAMES Brundle has put pen to paper on a new contract with his local club King''s Lynn. The talented teenager is pleased to be back at the Norfolk Arena where he is popular with Stars fans. He said: ''I love King''s Lynn Speedway and wouldn''t want to ride anywhere else, my heart is in the team and always has been since I was a little boy.''
