WOLVERHAMPTON Speedway have been handed a massive new year boost withthe news that club sponsors Parrys International have agreed a new dealwith the club.

The Cheslyn Hay-based international coach tour operators
will back the Monmore men for a fourth successive season. And the new
deal will be officially launched at Parrys International''s open day this
Sunday, January 9, when Wolves rider David Howe will be on hand to meet
visitors and talk about the season ahead. The day starts at 10am and
runs through until 3pm with Parrys International launching their new
brochure - and anybody who books a trip on the day will get two
complimentary tickets for Wolverhampton Speedway. Wolves promoter Chris
Van Straaten said: ''This is wonderful news for us all, we are delighted
to be continuing our association with Parrys International. ''Dave Parry
is a very good friend of this club, most people are aware that he is a
former rider and team manager and he is clearly pleased with the return
and benefits he gets from this sponsorship arrangement.'' Parrys
International are based at Landywood Green, Cheslyn Hay, West Midlands
