BATTISTINIS LAUNCHES NEW CHOPPER
05 January 2005 - BattBoyz Limited (Battistinis)
World class custom motorcycle builders Battistinis recently launched a brand new and exciting Chopper motorcycle called ‘Trojan’.
One of the most unusual features of ‘Trojan’ is the use of the Custom Cycle Control System for the handlebars and handlebar controls. These brand new style handlebars ensure that all the wiring, speedo and usual handlebar functions are contained within the actual handlebars themselves. This gives the cleanest look without sacrificing any function. Built using the new Arlen Ness Y2K frame, ‘Trojan’ uses an S&S 124 c.i motor with a 6-speed transmission. The rubber mounted Y2K frame features a 4” stretch, 8” lower leg stretch with a 38º rake and has progressive shocks. Built by Battistinis in Summer 2004 and launched at this years Battistinis Open Day in September, ‘Trojan’ won Best of Show at its very first outing. The distinctive blue and silver ghost flame paintwork was carried out by Classic Cycle Works. ‘Trojan’ will be listed in both the Glasses Guide and the Caps Green Book – both established authorities on pricing for new and used motorcycles. The price for ‘Trojan’ starts at £36,000 - finance is available. For further details, contact Mark Battistini on 08702 250405 or email mark@battistinis.co.uk
