MBA HOLDINGS PARTNER BLUE SKY INCREASES MARKET REACH WITH BOURGET''S OF ARIZONA

Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, a partner company of MBA Holdings Inc. and Bourget''s of Arizona (dba Sonoran Motorsports) have finalized an agreement which makes Bourget''s of Arizona a Blue Sky dealer at their 8,500-square-foot facility in North Scottsdale, Ariz.

A fleet of Custom Bourget, Ironhorse and Harley Davidson rental motorcycles have been acquired, insured and are available for rental. Blue Sky derives income from its licensees from a start-up administration charge and via recurring monthly residual charges for each insured rental motorcycle under contract.

Bourget''s of Arizona owner Tim Halmekangas commented: ''By the addition of the Blue Sky rental program to our existing custom motorcycle sales, service, parts and clothing, we believe we have hit a home run for our Scottsdale customers and also for our business. The rental program has added thousands of dollars in rental income and gift certificate sales in just our first week on the Blue Sky rental program.
