CHARITY BEGINS AT DREAD
22 December 2004 - Dread Ltd

CORPORATE CLOTHING specialist Dread is getting in the spirit of the season and will donate £5 to charity for every one of its Northampton and Milton Keynes T/shirts sold.

The shirts are designed to highlight the banter going on between the two towns over which is best for shopping and have been a big hit since being launched in November.

Dread, based in Stonebridge, is getting behind both towns this Christmas and has chosen two local charities that will benefit from the sales of its light-hearted T-shirts. The chosen charity for Northampton will be Cynthia Spencer Hospice and the Willen Hospice will benefit from the kind gesture in Milton Keynes.

Dread MD Dan Wheeler said: “The idea of the shirts was originally a bit of fun and I would now like to take this opportunity to put something back into the two towns where I have spent all my family and working life. I know the excellent work these two Hospices do and any support the sale of these shirts can give them will be excellent.”

Dread specialises in all styles of corporate and promotional clothing and its customers include local Brownie packs and catering firms to multi-national businesses such as Brother and Porsche.

The T/shirts can be purchased from Dread on www.dread.cc or by calling 01908 221666, priced at £9.99 each and available in sizes M – XL.
